Wake Up to the Red Sea
Jazz is a tranquil one-bedroom beachfront apartment in Dahab, located on the middle floor of our main building in Asala. Its private balcony faces the Red Sea, making it a beautiful choice for couples, solo travellers, and guests who love slow mornings by the water.
The warm interior combines contemporary comfort with subtle Far Eastern influences. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and includes a private kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and the essentials for an independent stay.
Step onto the balcony in the morning to watch the sun rise over the Gulf of Aqaba. With chairs and a small table, it is an inviting place for coffee, breakfast, or a quiet moment above the beach.
Asala Market and the northern end of Dahab's promenade are around five minutes away on foot. Lighthouse can be reached in approximately 20 minutes along the waterfront.

Please note that our three friendly cats occasionally visit the balconies and may wander inside, so if you have a cat allergy, kindly keep this in mind when booking.
LATE-NIGHT ARRIVALS
For Turkish Airlines or Pegasus arriving at Sharm El Sheikh Airport.
I can arrange a trusted taxi driver to collect you. The transfer costs 1,700 EGP (as of March 2026), payable directly to the driver in EGP or the equivalent in USD, EUR or GBP.
Please book the previous night. For example, if you arrive at 1:50 AM on January 2nd, your booking must begin on January 1st.
A Beachfront Stay in Asala
All seven Stay With Mo apartments are located within the highlighted area, spread across three beachfront buildings just a short walk from one another. Jazz Beachfront is in our main building - around five minutes from Asala Market and a relaxed 20-minute walk along the waterfront to Lighthouse.
Getting Here
The easiest way to reach Dahab is by taxi from Sharm El Sheikh Airport, approximately one hour away. Dahab can also be reached by bus from Cairo, Taba and other Egyptian cities.

This apartment and the location are a dream. The apartment is very lovingly decorated, authentic, and very clean. The location couldn't be better. The view of the sea and the tranquility… priceless. The apartment was amazing, breathtaking sea view from the balcony and brilliant snorkelling right in front of the apartment. It had everything we needed; kitchen utensils, breakfast supplies in the fridge, snorkels, beach towels, aircon etc. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, and a short walk or cycle into the main town. Mo greeted us when we arrived and he was very helpful and responded quickly whenever we needed him. He very kindly allowed us a late check out as the apartment wasn't booked the day we left, which we greatly appreciated. Definitely recommend!
